°. Beneficiarios. Son beneficiarios del presente decreto, la población menor de 18 años matriculada en un establecimiento educativo en los niveles de preescolar, básica y media que se encuentre en Instituciones Prestadoras de Salud o aulas hospitalarias públicas o privadas en alguna de las condiciones determinadas en el artículo 2° de la Ley 1388 de 2010.
