El Registrador Municipal o su representante fuera de la cabecera del Municipio solicitará al Alcalde o Corregidor que firme con él las comunicaciones dirigidas al Ministerio de Gobierno y a la Corte Electoral, y si tal funcionario se negare a hacerlo, se dejará constancia de ello en la respectiva comunicación.
