Autorízase al Gobierno para pagar los sueldos de los empleados nombrados con destino a la mencionada Oficina Nacional de Minas, por el Decreto número 646 de 1923 (abril 20), desde la fecha de su posesión hasta que entre en vigencia la presente Ley.
