La enajenación de los decomisos que se efectúen en virtud de lo dispuesto en el artículo anterior, por tratarse de bienes de carácter corruptible y ser susceptible a norma, podrá hacerse sin el lleno de los requisitos señalados en los incisos a), b), c), del artículo 13 y en el artículo 13 Capítulo II, título I del Código Fiscal.
