Demanda y trámite . La demanda y su trámite se sujetarán a lo dispuesto en el capítulo I del presente título; el socio que la formule deberá acompañar la prueba de su calidad. Cuando corresponda efectuar la liquidación a una autoridad administrativa, ejecutoriada la sentencia que declare la nulidad se le remitirá copia de ella para lo de su cargo. SECCION CUARTA.
