Los bachilleres menores de edad, no podrán ser clasificados para el pago de la cuota de compensación militar y se les expedirá tarjeta provisional, previo pago del valor correspondiente de dicho documento, hasta obtener la mayoría de edad. Una vez cumplida, tienen la obligación de presentarse para definir su situación militar.
