El mismo derecho á las asignaciones indicadas, se concede á las viudas, hijos ó padres de los militares que fallezcan encontrándose en uso de Letras de Cuartel, de Retiro ó de Licencia indefinida, siempre que éstos hubieren contribuido para el Montepío, n cualquier grado, durante cinco años por lo menos; y siempre que el retiro no provenga de mala conducta del militar.
