LEGISLACIÓN ANTERIOR

Artículo 1°. La Junta Directiva del Banco Popular se compondrá de cinco miembros elegidos en la siguiente forma: tres por el Presidente de la República y dos por los accionistas del Banco, distintos del Gobierno Nacional.
