º . Realizados los programas de reforestación y, en general, de protección de los recursos naturales determinados en el plan de ordenación de la respectiva cuenca hidrográfica, las entidades propietarias de Centrales Hidroeléctricas podrán invertir los recursos excedentes en incrementar los fondos en fideicomiso de que trata la parte final del artículo 31.
