Los contratistas de oleoductos de servicio público que deseen adaptar sus contratos a lo dispuesto en el Decreto extraordinario 2270 de 1952, de conformidad con el artículo 17 del mismo Decreto, deberán formular la correspondiente solicitud al Ministerio de Minas y Petróleos. Para que la adaptación sea válida, deberá sujetarse a los requisitos señalados en el artículo 49 de la Ley 37 de 1931. Capitulo IX. Refinación y distribución.
