Los municipios y distritos que con base en los lineamientos definidos por la CICC, no deban formular PIGCCT, deberán consultar el PIGCCT del nivel departamental correspondiente e incorporar los lineamientos que se hayan definido como prioritarios dentro de sus instrumentos de desarrollo local. Igualmente formularán programas y proyectos de carácter específico, que les permita atender problemáticas puntuales asociadas al cambio climático.
