° Para ingresar en el escalafón será necesario haber seguido estudios en establecimientos dedicados a la formación de los docentes y obtenido los correspondientes grados , en establecimientos nacionales o extranjeros, oficiales y no oficiales debidamente aprobados o reconocidos por el Gobierno Nacional.
