Creánse un Cuerpo de Policía Sanitaria, compuesto de trece Jefes Inspectores, y de ciento cuarenta unidades dependientes de la Dirección Nacional de Higiene y Asistencia Pública, con las funciones que esta determine. Corresponde al Ministerio de Instrucción y Salubridad Públicas, hacer los nombramientos del Cuerpo de Policía Sanitaria y asignar los sueldos que ha de devengar, y los gastos de movilización cuando fuere necesario.
