Art. 8º Facultase al primer Almacenista, dando cuenta al Ministerio de Guerra, para nombrar y remover los Guardas, suspender los contratos de transporte cuando los interesados no entreguen las cantidades de sal que deben entregar conforme a las remesas del caso, y para multarlos cuando no cumplan debidamente sus compromisos.
