Con base en los recursos de que trata el artículo anterior, ábranse los siguientes créditos en el Presupuesto General de la Nación para la vigencia fiscal de 1995, en la suma de TRESCIENTOS SESENTA Y SIETE MIL NOVECIENTOS CUARENTA Y NUEVE MILLONES SETECIENTOS DIEZ MIL VEINTE PESOS ($367,949,710,02,oo) MONEDA LEGAL, según el siguiente detalle:
