° A partir del día 1° de marzo próximo queda suspendido el estado de sitio en el Municipio de Santa Marta. En consecuencia, los Consejos de Guerra Verbales que funcionan actualmente en aquella ciudad continuarán haciendo el juzgamiento de los responsables de delitos cometidos en la zona bananera, con motivo de la huelga subversiva que estalló en aquella región, en la ciudad de Ciénaga.
