Art. 187. En la seccion del ramo de Aduanas de la Secretaría de Hacienda se irán formando espedientes semejantes con los documentos de que tratan los artículos 48,88,99, 142 i 143. De las informalidades deficiencias o inexactitudes que se noten, se dará cuenta a la oficina encargada del exámen i fenecimiento de las cuentas al dirijirle los espedientes. Tambien se pasarán a la Secretaría de Relaciones Esteriores todos los informes necesarios sobre las faltas u omisiones de los Ajentes consulares en el desempeño de las funciones que les atribuye este Código.
