El Gobierno Nacional mediante decreto, hará los ajustes correspondientes en el presupuesto del Departamento Administrativo de Seguridad (DAS) en supresión para dejar en cabeza de la Defensa Civil Colombiana, que asume las obligaciones respecto a los incorporados, las apropiaciones correspondientes para cumplir con sus objetivos y nuevas responsabilidades que surgen de la expedición del presente decreto.
