El Ministerio de Educación Nacional a través del Icetex implementará un modelo de seguimiento estadístico, de planeación, evaluación, asesoría y monitoreo sobre el aprovechamiento de estas becas tanto a nivel nacional como en el exterior, que permita identificar número de beneficiarios y lugar de aplicación, con el propósito de conocer su impacto, sus beneficios o sus falencias y de esta manera contribuir a su fortalecimiento como insumo para los oferentes.
