Destinación . A ninguna parte de los bienes recaudados y administrados por el Fondo se le podrá dar una destinación distinta de la del cumplimiento de las funciones señaladas por las disposiciones legales y por estos estatutos, ni aplicación que contraríe las normas de control administrativo, económico, numérico, presupuestal o contractual que rigen los establecimientos públicos del orden nacional.
