Los Tribunales Superiores de Distrito Judicial podrán ejercer la facultad que les confiere el artículo 50 de la Ley 23 de 1912 , aun en los casos en que la ley haya hecho expresa separación de funciones entre dos o más Jueces, cuando lo estimen conveniente para el buen servicio público.
