º. Decláranse de utilidad pública las zonas urbanas de la ciudad de Tumaco, afectadas por el incendio ocurrido el 29 de septiembre pasado. El Instituto de Crédito Territorial procederá a comprar a los propietarios los lotes comprendidos dentro de ellas, o a seguir los correspondientes juicios de expropiación, en el caso de que no se llegare a un acuerdo en el precio.
