Artículo décimosegundo. Para ser secretario de la Facultad se exigen como requisitos mínimos

Poseer título de Licenciado en ciencias de la educación, de Contador Público juramentado, o economista, y

Tener una experiencia de cuatro años en la docencia de Educción Media, o dos en la de Educación Superior. IV-De la Facultad de Contaduría La Facultad de Contaduría será dirigida directa e inmediatamente por el Rector de la Facultad. V-Del Instituto Técnico Superior de Comercio
