Conservación del destino de los recursos de patrimonios autónomos. Los recursos que se entreguen a los patrimonios autónomos de que trata el presente capítulo, así como los rendimientos financieros que estos produzcan, no podrán cambiarse de destinación ni restituirse a la entidad empleadora mientras no se hayan satisfecho en su totalidad todas las obligaciones pensionales a las que el mismo se refiere.
