ARTICULO 57. PROGRAMA DE SUPRESION DE EMPLEOS. - La supresión de empleos o cargos, en los términos previstos en el artículo anterior, se cumplirá de acuerdo con el programa que apruebe la autoridad competente para ejecutar las decisiones adoptadas, el cual deberá ser ejecutado a más tardar el 31 de diciembre de 1993.
