Inspección, vigilancia y control. La Superintendencia Nacional de Salud, dentro de sus facultades, protegerá los derechos de la población expuesta o con presencia de asbesto, su derecho al aseguramiento y acceso al servicio de atención en salud, individual y colectiva, en condiciones de disponibilidad, accesibilidad, aceptabilidad y estándares de calidad en las fases de promoción, prevención, tratamiento y rehabilitación en salud, a su vez las direcciones territoriales de trabajo realizarán las acciones de inspección, vigilancia y control de las normas laborales y la que la regulen su funcionamiento.
