Presentación de la incapacidad. Dentro de las setenta y dos (72) horas siguientes a la expedición del certificado de incapacidad, el servidor beneficiario de esta tiene la obligación de presentarla ante su superior o ante la autoridad que la entidad determine para el efecto. Si no se justifica la ausencia del servidor se puede incurrir en abandono del cargo. El certificado original de la incapacidad o licencia será el único soporte válido para acreditarla.
