En el caso de que la investigación haya sido adelantada por el superior, éste deberá proferir fallo definitivo dentro del término señalado en el artículo 39. En las corporaciones, el ponente dispondrá de un término de diez (10) días para registrar proyecto y la Sala de veinte (20) para de decidir.
