° Para los efectos de mando, disciplina y jerarquía, los Grumetes y Grumetes distinguidos tendrán la equivalencia a soldados de las Fuerzas Militares en servicio activo. En caso de infracciones penales, quedan sometidos a la jurisdicción del Código de Justicia Penal Militar.
