Articulo segundo. Autorizase al Ministerio de la Economía Nacional para que de conformidad con lo dispuesto en la Ley 34 de 1946 permita importaciones de trigo basta por. la cantidad de 70.000 toneladas anuales con el propósito de suplir la deficiencia de la producción nacional.

Parágrafo

Para evitar el quebrantamiento de la política triguera del pais, la Oficina de ControJ de Cambios, Importaciones y Exportaciones no concederá licencias de importación de harina sino con el visto bueno del Ministerio de la Economía Nacional.
