Construcción de las obras hidráulicas . Para que se pueda hacer uso de una concesión de aguas se requiere que las obras hidráulicas ordenadas en la resolución respectiva hayan sido construidas por el titular de la concesión y aprobadas por la Autoridad Ambiental competente de acuerdo con lo previsto en este Decreto. (Decreto 1541 de 1978, artículo 64).
