Artículo segundo . La entrega de este auxilio, el manejo de los fondos, la inversión de ellos y las cuentas que se deben rendir ante la Contraloría General de la República, se hará por intermedio de la Jefatura de la División Administrativa del Ministerio del Trabajo, previo el lleno de las disposiciones vigentes para esta clase de erogaciones y de las demás que dicte especialmente la Contraloría General de la República en desarrollo de este Decreto.
