Atención humanitaria de emergencia. Realizada la inscripción, la persona tendrá derecho a que se le otorgue atención humanitaria de emergencia por el término establecido en el

Parágrafo

del artículo 15 de la Ley 387 de 1997, de acuerdo con la disponibilidad presupuestal y acceso a los programas de ayuda, que con ocasión a la condición de desplazado adelante el Estado, sin perjuicio de que el interesado tenga acceso a los programas sociales de retorno, reasentamiento o reubicación y otros que preste el Estado.
