Los inmuebles descritos en el presente proyecto de ley, para todos los efectos de la presente ley no pueden estar en manos de particulares. En tal evento deben ser restituidos a su único propietario, el Sanatorio de Agua de Dios y/o Sanatorio de Contratación, respetando los procedimientos o trámites que deben surtirse ante las diversas instancias judiciales o administrativas.
