El presente Decreto rige a partir de la fecha de su expedición y deroga los artículos números 2º, 3º, 4º, 5º, 6º, 8º y 11 del Decreto 763 del 14 de mayo de 1969, así mismo deroga las disposiciones que le sean contrarias. Comuníquese y cúmplase.
