Ámbito de Aplicación. El presente Capítulo aplica para las carreteras de la Red Vial a cargo de la Nación que se encuentran bajo la administración del Instituto Nacional de Vías, la Agencia Nacional de Infraestructura o entes territoriales, incluyéndose los pasos urbanos.
