Las disminuciones del subsidio familiar rigen a partir de la fecha en que se haya producido el hecho que las determina. Los interesados están en la obligación de dar el aviso correspondiente dentro de los treinta (30) días siguientes. Si no lo hicieren, el Ministerio ordenara como sanción el descuento de una suma igual al doble de lo percibido en exceso, previa investigación administrativa.
