Decreto 98 de 2021 · por el cual se desagrega de la comprensión municipal del Círculo Notarial de Santo Tomás, Atlántico, el municipio de Sabanagrande; se crea el Círculo Notarial del municipio de Sabanagrande y la Notaría Única en el mismo círculo.
