Parágrafo

Al concurso del que habla el Decreto 952 de 1915 podrán ser admitidos todos los trabajos que se presente sobre los temas Prospecto del Segundo Congreso Científico Panamericano de Washington y el jurado calificador los tendrá en cuenta para adjudicar premios.
