El Tribunal Seccional de Etica Médica estará integrado por cinco profesionales de la medicina elegidos por el Tribunal Nacional de Etica Médica, de conformidad con lo establecido en el artículo 73, escogidos de listas presentadas por los Colegios Médicos correspondientes, cuyo número en cada caso no podrá ser inferior a diez profesionales, salvo cuando en el respectivo territorio no existiere este número con el lleno de las calidades que más adelante se señalan.
