Art. 8.° En las primeras hojas del Rejistro diario se copiará el inventario los efectos existentes al tiempo de abrir los libros, el cual será firmado por la misma autoridad o comisionado que haya rubricado los libros, i por el respectivo oficial guarda-parque. En seguida se describirán dia por dia, con precision i claridad, las operaciones de entrada o salida de efectos, citando en cada caso la órden de entrega i el recibo, i fijando en la columna de la izquierda el folio de la cuenta respectiva a que corresponda en el libro de Cuentas corrientes . Cada partida del Rejistro diario será firmada por el oficial guarda-parque i por la persona que entregue o reciba los efectos.
