Una vez ejecutadas las obras a que se refiere este plan, el municipio y la nación liquidaran sus cuentas, teniendo presente que serán de cargo de la nación las obras nacionales por las leyes que se enumeran en el artículo 3° de la presente ley, y del municipio las que allí se determinan y que no han sido ordenadas por el congreso.
