ARCHIVO. Los procesos disciplinarios serán archivados, previas las anotaciones a que haya, lugar, en los siguientes casos

Cuando se ha dispuesto la cesación de procedimiento;

Una vez en firme la providencia que exonera de responsabilidad;

Cuando se encuentre en firme y ejecutada la providencia que impuso la sanción disciplinaria. TITULO II. PROCESOS DICIPLINARIOS. CAPITULO I. PROCESO ORDINARIO.
