LEGISLACIÓN ANTERIOR

Artículo doce. El recurso de revisión podrá interponerse dentro de los términos señalados en el artículo 381 del Código de Procedimiento Civil, cuando se invocare una de las cuales señaladas en dicha obra. Pero si la causal fuere la que señala el artículo 9 del presente Decreto - Ley, el recurso podrá interponerse en el término de cinco (5) años, contados a partir de la vigencia del mismo.
