Artículo quinto. El Almacenista General, con el lleno de las formalidades y normas procedimentales dictadas por la Contraloría General de la República, podrá resolver sobre la enajenación, onerosa o gratuita, o la destrucción de los elementos y materiales inservibles o en desuso existentes en los Almacenes de su dependencia. Comuníquese y publíquese.
