Art. 25. Si el auto en que se negó la expropiación fuere revocado, puede, el que figure como demandado, pedir revocatoria y apelar de la providencia del superior en los términos del artículo 23, como si dicha providencia hubiera sido dictada por el inferior; pero en este caso tiene que presentar pruebas en apoyo de la solicitud de revocatoria.
