º Es de cargo de este último funcionario exigir de quien recibe la anticipación, la respectiva fianza con que debe garantizar el reintegro de la suma recibida, con los corrientes intereses computados desde la fecha del recibo, si no desempeñare el empleo respectivo o dejare de cumplir las obligaciones que contrae con motivo de la anticipación.
