Se entiende por escalafón del Secretariado el sistema de clasificación de las de las Secretarias(os) de acuerdo con su preparación académica y experiencia en el área. La inscripción en dicho escalafón habilita a la Secretaria(o) para ejercer los cargos en la carrera profesional del Secretariado.
