Los trabajadores de que trata el artículo anterior gozarán de asistencia médica, farmacéutica, quirúrgica y hospitalaria por enfermedad no profesional que ocurra durante la ejecución del contrato de trabajo, hasta por tres (3) meses, además del auxilio monetario correspondiente. Esta asistencia sólo se debe desde cuando la prescriba el médico del {empleador} o empresa, y, en su defecto, un médico oficial.
