Cumplimiento del contrato . El cumplimiento del contrato faculta a los asignatarios para solicitar la adjudicación del predio, en forma individual o colectiva, con derecho a recibir el monto del subsidio correspondiente al valor de la tierra, previa suscripción del contrato de Operación y Funcionamiento que garantice la continuidad de la empresa agropecuaria, caso en el cual el subsidio no podrá exceder el setenta (70%) por ciento del tope establecido en el artículo séptimo del presente decreto.
